We can't ship to P.O. Boxes. If the shipping address is outside the continental U.S. we will contact customers to confirm shipping charges and other special payment requirements. All applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of customers.

Approval Policy and Returns

Edwards Fine Instruments (EFI) will ship an instrument guitar anywhere in the U.S. on a 48-hour approval basis by UPS, DHL, FedEx or USPS with the instrument pre-paid by cashier's check, money order or credit card via PayPal. For international orders, customers will be contacted to make special arrangements. All freight,  insurance, duty and tax charges are paid by customers except as specifically agreed.  Returned instruments must be in the same condition as they were when shipped by EFI and are the responsibility of the customer until received and inspected by EFI.
